  • Maintain the security of your account credentials

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

4. User Responsibilities

We are not responsible for TikTok's availability, features, or any changes they make to their platform or API.

8. Service Limitations

Please be aware that:

  • Publication success depends on TikTok's API availability
  • We do not guarantee that all posts will be successfully published
  • Rate limits may apply to the number of posts you can make
  • The Service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, RIPPLEPOSTING SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

  • Account suspension or termination by TikTok
  • Any damages resulting from unauthorized access to your account

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the past 12 months.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless RipplePosting from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from:

  • Your use of the Service
  • Content you upload or publish
  • Violation of these Terms
  • Violation of any third-party rights

12. Account Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if you:

  • Violate these Terms
  • Upload prohibited content
  • Engage in fraudulent or illegal activities
  • Abuse the Service or other users

You may disconnect your TikTok account and stop using the Service at any time.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

14. Governing Law
